Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
• Provide clear coverage recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
• Review and analyze document collections for litigation.
• Engage with domestic and international insurers.
• Collaborate with partners and team members to advance case objectives.
