Advatix Inc. is seeking a mid-level litigation associate attorney to handle commercial and corporate matters in a hybrid, full-time role based in San Francisco and other U.S. locations.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of litigation experience, a JD from an accredited law school, active bar admission, and a track record drafting motions, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar membership (any state).
• 3-4 years of litigation experience.
• Experience drafting dispositive motions.
• Discovery management experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and corporate litigation matters.
• Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts.
• Support regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.
• Manage assigned cases with increasing independence.
• Conduct written discovery and oversee document productions.
• Conduct legal research and draft substantive legal memoranda.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy.
