The role, open to associates with 2–5 years of experience, features a hybrid schedule with only two required in-office days per week and direct work with partners on high-profile matters. This is a growth-focused environment with meaningful courtroom exposure.

Qualifikationen

• JD from a top-tier law school (T14 strongly preferred).
• Federal judicial clerkship experience is a significant plus.
• Outstanding academic achievement.

Aufgaben

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters through all phases of a case.
• Take ownership of significant litigation responsibilities including drafting motions, briefs and pleadings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare witnesses.
• Attend hearings and court appearances.
• Work directly with partners on high-profile matters.
• Develop case strategy and client counselling skills.
• Collaborate with litigators in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
