• Draft, format, and organize complex legal documents and digital case files; handle new client intake and maintain firm records.
• Assist with attorney time entry, billing coordination, expenses reimbursements, and travel itineraries.
• Serve as a liaison with clients, attorneys, external counsel, and colleagues.
