Job summary

MJH Life Sciences seeks an experienced Project Manager to organize and lead cross-functional event projects, ensuring on-time delivery across digital, print, video, and live events. You will manage detailed timelines, assess risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

The role requires 4-5+ years in project management, familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance, and proficiency with Workfront and Microsoft Office. A hybrid work arrangement and collaboration with diverse teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-5+ years of project management or similar experience.
• Knowledge or experience in pharmaceutical compliance and medical, legal, regulatory review process preferred.
• Workfront or similar project management software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize stakeholders for project kickoff meetings with a detailed agenda, tasks, deliverables and deadlines.
• Develop and adhere to complex timelines involving multiple team members and departments.
• Anticipate risks and issues, collaborating with the project team to identify solutions.
• Utilize Workfront for daily project tracking, organization and communication.
• Lead internal and external project status meetings with tracking reports and KPIs.
• Maintain relationships with shared service departments (Studio, Creative, Ad Operations, Content, Marketing, Events, Copy Edit, Circulation).
• Plan virtual or in-person events and conferences, including recruitment and logistics.
• Execute projects across Digital, Print, Video, Virtual and Live Events, Strategic/Custom.
• Participate in ongoing leadership and development courses.
