Job summary

Pacific Life is hiring an Operations Advisor Management Specialist or Analyst to support the Inforce Life business. This hybrid role is based in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE, and focuses on timely, accurate handling of inquiries from financial professionals and firms.

You will develop relationships, diagnose issues, and ensure compliant, efficient service. Qualified candidates will have FINRA SIE and Series 6/7, 2+ years in CMD operations, and a 4-year degree.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 registrations required at time of application.
• 2+ years CMD Operations experience for customer-facing roles.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced understanding of CMD annuity/life products and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve complex inquiries from financial professionals and firms.
• Diagnose issues and clearly explain procedures or requests.
• Review escalated cases and coordinate resources for resolution.
• Monitor status of issue resolution and communicate outcomes to requestors.
