Job summary

Pacific Life recruits an OAM Specialist/Analyst to support Inforce Life operations, managing relationships with financial professionals and firms. The role requires FINRA SIE and Series 6/7, plus several years of CMD Operations experience and a 4-year degree or equivalent. You will work in a hybrid model across multiple U.S.

offices including Charlotte. Strong communication, diagnostic, and issue-resolution skills are essential as you handle complex inquiries and ensure high-quality service

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 registrations required at time of application.
• 2+ years CMD Operations experience with customer service focus.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Life annuity products and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume call/email/correspondence with financial professionals and firms.
• Diagnose core issues and anticipate customer needs.
• Explain procedures clearly to customers.
• Monitor escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide consultations for first-time or complex business to ensure NIGO resolution in Life.
• Build strong relationships with financial professionals and leadership.
