Qualifications

• Strong Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage skills to generate leads, close deals, and build a client portfolio.
• Sound Finance and Insurance knowledge to explain products clearly and support client financial planning.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to provide responsive support and foster long-term relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, goal-oriented mindset, and time management.
• Experience in life insurance or financial services and applicable state insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain it).
• Comfort with hybrid work, basic digital tools (CRM, email, video conferencing), and commitment to ongoing learning.

Responsibilities
