Marsh is seeking a Life, Absence & Disability Consultant to join its LAD practice in the United States. The role involves supporting employers on absence programs (LTD, STD, Life, AD&D), negotiating with carriers and vendors, and collaborating on strategy, renewal design, and benchmarking for diverse clients.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in Life/Absence/Disability insurance or consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Life/Absence/Disability insurance or consulting.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Within 90 days from start date, obtain required state Health and Life licenses.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Support client engagements with absence programs including LTD/STD, life and AD&D.
• Negotiate with benefits carriers and vendors for coverage and admin services.
• Contribute to strategy, renewal design, benchmarking and data analyses.
• Help deliver service with colleagues and interpret benchmark data for clients.
• Leverage Mercer resources to obtain competitive rates and coverage options.
• Collaborate on development of benefit design and renewal strategies.
