Marsh in Dallas, TX is seeking a Life, Absence & Disability Consultant to support employers with absence programs including LTD, STD, Life and AD&D, and leave solutions. You will negotiate with carriers and vendors to secure coverage and administration services for clients.

You will collaborate on delivery, renewal strategies, benchmarking, and use Marsh's platform to secure competitive options, leveraging a global network to benefit clients and employees.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Life/Absence/Disability insurance or consulting.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Within 90 days, obtain required state Health and Life licenses.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support client engagements and overall service delivery.
• Assist in plan design, renewal strategy, benchmarking and data analysis.
• Negotiate rates and coverage options with carriers and vendors.
• Contribute to development of client strategy and financial analyses.
• Present benchmark data and ensure changes align with client strategy.
