Qualifications

• Requires completion of high school.
• Requires two (2) years related office experience.
• Preferred knowledge of office practices, procedures, and programs.
• Prefers knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Prefers basic mathematics.
• Prefers the ability to use Microsoft Office at a beginner level.

Responsibilities

• Reviews for propriety, applications for change-in-ownerships and prospective retailers.
• Processes applications for license renewal.
• Prepares, sorts, and maintains the physical file inventory of Lottery applications.
• Initiates and receives telephone calls to/from current and prospective retailers regarding the status of their licenses and applications, licenses pending expiration, license renewals, and general licensing rules and regulations.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
