Job summary

Job Description Summary

Responsible for contracting. licensing, and appointing agents to the company so they can solicit business for the L&P Division.

Job Description Responsibilities

Review and audit the agent contract file for required forms and documents. Prepare the state specific licensing/appointment paperwork. Add the agents to the database. Maintain records, handle inquires and conducts research as needed for the agent files. Process licensing paperwork to the appropriate states in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

Up to 1 year work experience. Mainframe experience. Basic Word and Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Associates degree preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of State Contract and Licensing Rules. Customer service skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to accurately process a high volume of work efficiently.

Working Conditions

This is a hybrid position requiring three days (Tuesday-Thursday) in office per week in one of our hub locations (Cedar Rapids, Philadelphia, or Denver). Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $15.50 -$19.00 hourly. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus of 6% based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
