Job summary

The State of Colorado seeks a Licensing Compliance Specialist to support the Licensing Specialists in provider licensing, document review, and reporting. The role partners with the ABA Clinic Licensing Administrators to process applications, manage fee accounting, and support cost reports and Trai ls data tracking.

You will compile licensing data, generate inspection reports, and assist with foster home certifications while ensuring compliance with Volume 7 rules.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned.
• A combination of related education and/or relevant experience equal to six (6) years.
• Preferred qualifications include experience at Colorado state agencies, appeal/waiver processing, and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Process licensing applications and change requests, track fees and payments.
• Manage appeal/waiver processing, logging and communicating with providers.
• Prepare and issue licenses, generate Reports of Inspection, and maintain Trails entries.
