Sentry in Stevens Point, WI, is seeking a Corporate Licensing Analyst to manage licensing processes, ensure compliance, and coordinate with state DOIs and vendors amid evolving regulations under a hybrid work model.

You will lead licensing activities, monitor renewals, maintain accurate records, and handle terminations and payments to producers and state authorities, with a focus on data integrity and customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Communication, organizational and human relations skills.
• Proficient knowledge of PC software programs such as Word and Excel.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn PC software systems.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Basic insurance courses helpful.

Responsibilities

• Leads licensing for associates by guiding state requirements and submitting applications.
• Monitors renewal statuses and communicates updates to associates.
• Reviews and updates the licensing system for accurate records.
• Completes license and appointment terminations and handles related investigations.
• Processes company, producer and state payments and allocates fees to units.
