Job summary

LifeStance Health in Mishawaka, Indiana is seeking licensed mental health therapists for a part-time hybrid role, combining telehealth with in-office care at our local branch.

You’ll provide outpatient therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents, create your own schedule within a 15–20 hour weekly window, and attend new hire training Monday–Thursday as needed. Hybrid work supports community partner needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Indiana (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) required.
• Experience with adults and/or child/adolescent populations preferred.
• Hybrid role with in-person and telehealth options.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy (adults and/or children/adolescents).
• Deliver telehealth and in-office sessions at LifeStance branch.
• Collaborate with clinical team and participate in trainings.
