Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a hybrid schedule: Mon-Thu 12:30PM–8:30PM, Fri 9AM–5PM. You will provide individual and group therapy to adults and lead trauma-informed treatment plans within a collaborative treatment environment.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in counseling or related field and 2+ years of clinical experience, with knowledge of CBT/DBT/ACT and EMDR preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment.
• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.
• Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management.
• Design and deliver process, psychoeducational and skills groups.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge planning.
• Case management and coordination with families and external providers.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and on-call crisis support.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and governance.
