Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide evidence-based therapy in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting. You will lead groups, deliver individual sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans in a hybrid, Monday–Thursday schedule with Friday hours.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, a master’s degree in a relevant field, and proficiency in CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical mental health treatment experience.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care; EMDR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.
• Develop person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and coping strategies.
• Design and deliver process, psychoeducational and skills groups.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists for integrated care.
• Participate in meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
• Coordinate care with families and external providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and on-call crisis support.
