Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to deliver evidence-based care and build strong therapeutic relationships with adults.

You will conduct individual and group therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT), perform assessments, develop trauma-informed treatment plans, and collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and peers. Expect a balanced mix of direct care (50–65%), documentation, and care coordination.

Formación

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Licensure: LSW, LCSW, or LPC in PA.
• Experience with CBT/DBT/ACT and trauma-informed care.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Lead process, psychoeducational, and skills-based groups focused on emotional regulation and mental wellness.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
• Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and peers in interdisciplinary team meetings and case consultations.
• Provide care coordination with families, referral sources, and external providers.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
