Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is actively seeking a Mental Health Therapist to deliver evidence-based care to adults and adolescents in a collaborative clinical team.

You will provide individual and group therapy, develop trauma-informed treatment plans, and coordinate care with psychiatrists and nurses. The role emphasizes balanced caseloads with time for documentation and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Direct clinical experience in mental health treatment (minimum 2 years).
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Active Maryland licensure LGPC/LMSW/LCPC/LCSW/LCSW-C.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, including CBT, DBT, ACT.
• Lead process, psychoeducational, and skills-based groups.
• Conduct mental health assessments and determine levels of care.
• Develop trauma-informed, person-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and peers in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
