Job summary

The Specialist, Bank Operations at The Charles Schwab Corporation supports day-to-day loan servicing, account openings, and maintenance for Schwab Bank products, including mortgages and HELOCs. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of client service or operations experience in banking or financial services.
• Ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.
• Willingness to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for lending operations and servicing processes.
• Complete loan processing tasks excluding underwriting and deliver detailed client responses.
• Handle inbound/outbound servicing calls with clients and RIAs.
• Collaborate with Bank Services Team Managers to ensure efficient processing of applications and service requests.
• Support other bank lending processes and projects to drive efficiency.
