Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Training Specialist to design and enhance onboarding and role-readiness programs for attorneys, paralegals, and staff. You will deliver in-person, remote, and hybrid sessions and create curricula, SOPs, and assessments with input from subject matter experts.

Collaborating with partners across the firm, you will coordinate orientations, schedules, facilitators, and technology setups while tracking attendance and providing follow-up coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of training/learning & development experience in a law firm.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with attorneys, paralegals and staff.
• Experience with legal tech systems (Asana, Litify) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve onboarding and role-readiness programs for attorneys, paralegals and staff.
• Facilitate in-person, remote, and hybrid training sessions.
• Create curricula, job aids, assessments and SOPs with SME input.
• Coordinate orientation programs, training schedules and attendance tracking.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements to firm leaders.
