The ideal candidate has law firm e‑billing experience, proficiency with Aderant or 3E, and a track record of meeting billing deadlines. The position starts onsite for 90 days, then four days remote and one day onsite.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Aderant or 3E billing software
• Experience working with client billing guidelines and compliance requirements
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong communication and collaboration with attorneys and staff

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit monthly legal invoices through various e-billing platforms
• Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines, rate structures, and matter-level requirements
• Review prebills, make necessary edits, and coordinate with attorneys on adjustments
• Monitor invoice status, resolve rejections, and manage appeals or resubmissions
• Maintain accurate billing records, matter setups, and client billing preferences
• Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and finance team members to resolve billing discrepancies
• Track write-downs, write-offs, and billing adjustments
• Assist with month-end billing deadlines and reporting
• Support process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency
