Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Hybrid Legal Billing Specialist to lead full-cycle billing for a dynamic law firm. You will prepare high-volume, complex invoices, work with attorneys and clients, and manage billing workflows using Elite 3E.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in legal billing, proficiency in Elite 3E, strong numerical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. The role offers a flexible schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote) and a competitive compensation package with strong

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in legal billing or a related field.
• Proficient with Elite 3E or similar legal billing software.
• Strong understanding of legal billing procedures and guidelines.
• Excellent research, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to billing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Create billing schedules and conduct billing analyses as needed.
• Ensure compliance with firm billing policies and write-off rules.
• Use Elite 3E to manage billing records and reports.
• Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to meet client billing requirements.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and revenue forecasts.
• Identify and implement improvements to billing processes.
