This role collaborates with internal teams, outside counsel, vendors, and business leaders, manages important documents, tracks key dates, and helps the organization meet regulatory and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• 3+ years in paralegal, legal assistant, compliance, contract management, governance, or litigation support.
• Strong research, drafting, proofreading, organization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
• Professional communication with attorneys, executives, regulators, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal, regulatory, compliance, contract management, and litigation support under attorney supervision.
• Draft, review, revise, route, and maintain contracts, agreements, policies, procedures, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research and summarize findings for attorneys and business partners.
• Track contract status, key dates, obligations, approvals, filings, and related documentation.
• Assist with consumer complaints, subpoenas, investigations, and pre-litigation matters; coordinate with outside counsel.
• Support governance, licensing, records management, policies, procedures, and special projects.
• Maintain confidential legal files, trackers, databases, and matter records.
• Serve as a professional contact for executives, regulators, attorneys, outside counsel, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
