Qualifications

• Deep daily fluency in legal tech to transform transactional workflows.
• Able to execute at high level while managing administrative tasks without a large team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Claude-powered tools for contract review, due diligence, and drafting.
• Manage full-altitude deal execution, handling AI builds alongside closing checklists and signature pages.
• Partner with infrastructure on AI security, data governance, and compliance policies.
• Support insurance programs and streamline claims processes using AI.
