Brixmor is seeking a Construction Accounting Analyst to oversee tenant allowance and leasing commission processes on a national platform. You will administer reimbursements, review lease language, and monitor expenses, ensuring accurate filings in e-Builder and timely payments.

Strong accounting knowledge and ERP experience are essential. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction or real estate, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid schedule that

Competenze

• Accounting/finance degree required; 3+ years in construction or real estate preferred.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with confidentiality and initiative.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software; experience with e-Builder is required.

Mansioni

• Review and administer Tenant Allowance reimbursements and Leasing Commission requests.
• Interpret tenant construction lease language and broker agreements.
• Manage day-to-day expenses and budget tracking across regions.
• Administer tenant improvement allowances per lease terms and policies.
• Track expenditures and ensure timely reimbursements.
• Communicate with tenants throughout project life cycle.
• Be primary contact for leasing and allowance matters.
• Ensure lease/allowance docs are complete and filed properly in e-Builder.
• Open and amend commitments in e-Builder and code invoices for payment.
• Track payments, generate reports, and support department data needs.
• Collaborate with regional controllers on project costs and reporting.
