Job summary

Rotary International is seeking a Learning Technology Supervisor to lead distance learning initiatives across clubs, districts, and international levels. You will manage the LMS, partner with staff, and drive learning technology strategy to deliver engaging online and in-person programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in learning technology, plus supervisory potential and strong data analysis capabilities. Hybrid work model with monthly in-office presence is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with distance learning and LMS management.
• Supervisory experience preferred or leadership potential.
• Strong collaboration and project coordination skills.
• Facilitation of live webinars and learning sessions.
• Proven data analysis and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish LMS strategy and structure for the organization.
• Consult with staff to identify learning needs and set tech direction.
• Maintain LMS functionality and resolve technical issues with vendors.
• Analyze report data to inform decisions and improvements.
• Develop and manage learning materials for internal and external audiences.
• Lead supervisory responsibilities for a coordinator and budget discussions.
