Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Manager, Learning Design & Development to lead strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of learning solutions across IC, Specialty, and Commercial Claims. You will manage a team responsible for designing e-learning courses, assessments, learning websites, multimedia assets, and reference materials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in training and development across multiple formats.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business, or organizational development.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead people-management activities including hiring decisions, performance reviews, and development.
• Develop training programs and processes addressing business needs.
• Design and develop innovative learning solutions—e-learning, assessments, multimedia assets.
• Oversee course outlines, storyboards, and review cycles with SMEs and sponsors.
• Establish development schedules, manage workflow, and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure LMS integration and up-to-date learning assets.
