Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Manager, Learning Design & Development to lead strategy and execution of learning solutions across ICS, Specialty, and Commercial Claims. You will manage a team that designs e-learning content, assessments, and multimedia resources to improve performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, project leadership, and collaboration with subject matter experts to deliver scalable training aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of training and development experience and needs assessment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong ability to lead and coach teams and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of learning design for ICS, Specialty, and Commercial Claims.
• Develop e-learning courses, assessments, and reference materials.
• Oversee timelines, workflow, and resource allocation for deliverables.
• Ensure LMS integration and maintenance of learning assets.
• Coach staff and monitor performance, budgets, and planning.
