Job summary

Provisur Technologies GmbH is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead lean manufacturing efforts across the Mokena, IL and Whitewater, WI sites. You will drive value stream improvements, train teams in 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban, and push to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

You will partner with leadership to identify inefficiencies, implement sustainable changes, and track KPIs like OEE and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• 3–5 years manufacturing process experience (assembly and/or machine shop).
• Progressive Continuous Improvement experience with strong business acumen and results-driven leadership.
• Lean expertise in flow, pull systems, and transformation/change management.
• Owner mindset focused on driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitable growth.
• Ability to read technical drawings and collaborate across engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Strong prioritization skills with ability to set time standards and support manufacturing needs.
• Skilled in data-driven communication and presenting to all levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Value Stream leaders to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives that enhance flow and meet business goals.
• Act as a Lean resource and trainer, building team capability in tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban.
• Support teams in improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement (SQCDE).
• Identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Facilitate problem-solving to address root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Track and improve KPIs such as OEE, yield, inventory, and productivity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize best practices and ensure consistent performance.
