Responsibilities

• Oversee NEC operations and NEC elections to ensure alignment with FCCLA's mission.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain liaison with students, staff, and external partners.
• Direct conference production and content development for national meetings.
• Prepare periodic reports on NEC activities and analyze data to guide actions.
• Support Leadership Training Team and youth education initiatives.
• Manage youth recognition processes and program award applications.
