Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Program Manager to oversee leadership-based programs for the National FFA Organization within the Programs and Events division. You will manage personnel, coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and drive staff development while guiding revision processes for evolving customer needs.

This role requires strong leadership, team management, and budget oversight, with frequent collaboration across departments to ensure national-level program success and effective officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Three years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Preference for agricultural education/FFA experience.
• Preference for youth leadership development experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of leadership-based programs for National FFA Organization within Programs and Events division.
• Manage personnel, provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and support staff development.
• Oversee revision processes to address evolving needs of key customer groups for new and existing programs.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure integration of activities at national level.
• Maintain leadership in specific programs and projects and manage team budgets.
• Collaborate on responsibility and management of the National FFA Officer team.
