Responsibilities

• Design complex underground transmission lines for voltages up to 500kV.
• Develop specifications for cable procurement and duct bank installation.
• Lead project team of engineers and drafters.

Skills

Proficiency with CYMCAP modeling

Experience with cable tensioning calculations

Attention to detail

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

12 or more years of experience leading a design team

Proficiency with MS Office applications

Knowledge of design techniques and tools

Education

BS degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program
