TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Lead Transmission Engineer to support critical power infrastructure projects throughout California. You will lead engineering, design, and analysis of HV transmission lines, mentor engineers, and ensure safe, reliable delivery.

The role requires 6+ years of transmission line experience, strong PLS-CADD skills, and a track record of leading projects from planning through construction. Hybrid work in California with multiple office locations is available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum 6 years of transmission line engineering experience.
• Experience designing high-voltage transmission lines 69kV–500kV; advanced proficiency with PLS-CADD.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the engineering and design of HV transmission lines 69kV–500kV.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Coordinate multiple projects and deliverables across teams.
