Job summary

Parametric seeks a senior professional to define and drive end-to-end solution vision for finance/asset management platforms. You will lead architecture discussions, socialize decisions with executives, and guide cross-functional teams through Program Increments to align with business objectives.

You will collaborate with technology, product, and analytics to shape data capability roadmaps, manage multiple deliverables, and mentor contractors and FTEs in a dynamic market environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance/Asset Management, Strategy, or Product Management.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial data products, investment platforms, wealth tech, portfolio construction, or trading.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading and directing others to achieve measurable results.
• Ability to articulate solution or product vision and/or customized solutions to meet business objectives.
• Experience working with Scaled Agile software development processes.
• Advanced skills using Miro/Lucid, Excel, SQL, Visio/Lucid/Figma, PowerPoint, Confluence, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the solution vision, including user/customer journeys, personas, user needs, and high-level solution outlines.
• Define solution intent, data and capability nomenclature, capability roadmaps, migration paths, milestones, functional requirements, and target operating models.
• Initiate and facilitate solution architecture with development leads.
• Influence technical design and drive decision-making aligned with business objectives.
• Socialize architecture and design decisions with senior executives.
• Influence capability delivery timelines and Program Increments.
• Collaborate with Technology, stakeholders, project managers, QAs, development teams, and business analysts to execute solutions.
• Shape strategic account technology solutions at Parametric.
• Facilitate workshops and user sessions using interviews, online whiteboarding, surveys, and card sorting.
• Analyze user and stakeholder data to identify goals, business needs, problem statements, workflows, personas, and solution outlines.
• Understand and articulate dependencies affecting development sequencing.
• Facilitate quarterly planning across teams during Program Increments.
• Develop target operating models as systems evolve.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and produce solution inception, vision, and intent documents.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Provide consultation and continuity with product and development teams.
• Manage a team of individual contributors supporting the client analysis solution
