Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience in software development and delivery.
• Hands-on development experience with JAVA, TypeScript/JavaScript, and frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot, ReactJS, NodeJS, and/or AWS.
• Hands-on development of microservices and applications with messaging/integration technologies (e.g., Kafka, MQ).
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, including CosmosDB.
• Container-based development with Docker/Kubernetes and DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, develop, implement, and maintain applications using distributed technologies, guiding onshore/offshore teams.
• Create and update technical/system documentation detailing changes and impacts.
• Oversee SDLC with agile/DevSecOps for group benefit applications.
• Develop secure, scalable, distributed enterprise applications from a customer perspective.
• Collaborate with dev teams, analysts, product and business teams, and project leads across project phases.
