You will drive strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, manage budgets and risks, and report to senior leadership on progress and value realization.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of project/program management experience.
• Experience coordinating large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in senior leadership communications and executive reporting.
• Ability to manage program budgets, resources, and risks across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a portfolio of related projects toward shared outcomes.
• Oversee 2-5 interconnected projects with cross-project dependencies.
• Prepare steering committee materials and executive updates.
• Track program benefits, adoption, and financial performance.
• Manage budgets ranging from $2M to $10M and cross-functional resources.
