This hybrid role requires 8–12 years of experience managing large-scale programs, plus PMP/PgMP or equivalent certifications. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related discipline.
• PMP certification required or strongly preferred.
• PgMP certification or demonstrated progression toward program management certification preferred.
• Change management or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain integrated program scope, outcomes, roadmaps, milestones, and governance across related projects.
• Translate priorities into executable program plans and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Establish objectives, dependencies, decision points, and accountability across teams.
• Monitor cross-project dependencies, risks, and critical decisions; escalate when needed.
• Provide governance routines, steering materials, and executive updates for leadership.
