Job summary

Sonepar USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager - Digital to drive complex, cross‑functional programs aligning technology, digital, and business priorities.

You will coordinate 2–5 interrelated projects, manage budgets from $2M to $10M, and report to senior leadership from a hybrid base in Colorado. The role requires 8–12 years of program management, PMP/PgMP preferred, and strong stakeholder engagement across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of project and/or program management experience, including complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple related projects and managing cross‑project dependencies.
• Experience working with senior leaders, executive sponsors, steering committees, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage program‑level risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resources, and executive reporting.
• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation and large‑scale digital programs.
• Experience managing program budgets in the $2 million-$10 million range.
• Ability to translate business strategy into executable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication of program status, business value, and financial performance to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain integrated program scope, outcomes, roadmaps, milestones, governance, and success measures across related projects.
• Translate priorities into executable program plans and objectives.
• Establish clear deliverables, dependencies, decision points, and accountability.
• Partner with project managers, product leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to maintain program alignment.
• Ensure projects collectively support program outcomes and broader strategy.
• Identify and manage cross‑project dependencies and risks; develop mitigations and contingencies.
• Prepare governance routines, steering materials, and executive updates.
• Track and report program benefits, adoption, and financial performance.
• Coordinate budgeting and resource planning across workstreams; support business cases.
