Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end governance of the firm's security master, ensuring data accuracy and completeness across all financial instruments.
• Develop and enforce data quality controls, exception management, and reconciliation processes across the data lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain market data standards, models, and workflows, supporting trading, portfolio management, and reporting.
• Lead the firm's market data strategy, integrating real-time and end-of-day data feeds across asset classes.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure data capabilities meet evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across research, operations, risk, and technology to align data solutions with business outcomes.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee budget forecasting and tracking.
• Contribute to data transformation initiatives, including AI enablement and platform modernization projects.
• Ensure compliance with licensing terms and redistribution policies for market data usage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related field
