Qualifications

• A relevant technical qualification or certified trade qualification.
• 7+ years hands-on installation/maintenance experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading and motivating installation teams.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and best practices for installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of installation technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of installation projects, from site assessment to final handover.
• Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshooting on-site and remotely.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews to monitor status and address issues.
• Manage inventory and tools for installation projects.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Develop and deliver training programs for installation team members.
