Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Lead an agile team with 3-5 other developers; write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.
• Mentor other full stack developers to improve code quality and speed.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
