Akaasa Technologies is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to guide a skilled team in building scalable web applications using C# and .NET. The role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with product owners, architects, and analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.

You will oversee the full software development lifecycle, drive best practices, and ensure high performance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years as Full Stack Developer with C# & .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Proven lead/senior dev with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React/Vue.
• RESTful API design and integration experience.
• Relational DBs (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools.
• NoSQL (CosmosDB) familiarity; cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficient in Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers across projects.
• Bridge between product owners, analysts, architects, and developers to translate requirements.
• Provide technical support and resolve incidents.
• Clarify requirements, define user stories, and prioritize backlog.
• Align development with architectural guidelines and best practices.
• Oversee SDLC from planning to deployment and maintenance.
• Drive technical decisions and enforce coding standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove bottlenecks.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose mitigation.
