Job summary

Fincons US in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using Python, React, Redux, and AWS. This hybrid role includes some onsite work in the Nashville area and coordinating delivery across distributed teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of software development, hands-on API design experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to align technical work with business goals in a large enterprise

Qualifications

7+ years of professional software development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Strong hands-on experience with Python for backend development.
Strong experience developing modern web applications using React.
Redux experience is required.
Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based application development.
Proven experience leading or managing offshore software development teams.
Experience coordinating development efforts across onsite and offshore teams.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and version control.
Experience with databases, SQL, and data integration.
Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Media & Entertainment industry experience is a plus.
Experience working in large enterprise environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Python, React, and Redux.
Develop robust backend services, APIs, and application logic using Python.
Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using React and Redux.
Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based applications and services using AWS.
Lead and coordinate offshore development teams, providing technical direction, guidance, and oversight.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, establish development best practices, and help ensure technical quality across distributed teams.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support production environments.
Participate in testing, deployments, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
