Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong React development expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Ability to own development lifecycle and mentor teammates.
• Knowledge of web accessibility (ADA) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React, JavaScript, and Node.
• Participate in modernization of existing websites and platforms.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs to support frontend functionality.
• Develop and support React Native applications as needed.
• Own the development lifecycle for assigned initiatives from design through deployment.
• Review code, provide technical feedback, and mentor team members.
• Establish frontend coding standards, architecture patterns, and quality processes.
• Ensure ADA accessibility and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, business, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve performance and usability.
• Standardize frontend technologies and development methodologies.
