Job summary

The position leads reporting strategy, partners with OCFO and IT, and guides analysts to deliver high-quality insights that support strategic decisions. Hybrid work arrangement supported in Boulder, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field required; graduate work preferred.
• Minimum 5 years configuring and administering large-scale enterprise BI apps including Workday/Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with SQL and reporting tools; strong data modeling and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end reporting solutions: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership, IT, and stakeholders to define analytics requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and analytics tools that translate complex financial needs into actionable insights.
• Promote data governance, reporting standards, and data usability across the organization.
• Supervise and coordinate work across teams; prepare training and support for users.
