Job summary

Origence, a 30-year fintech leader in lending solutions, seeks a highly analytical FP&A Financial Analyst to support planning, reporting, BI, and analytics across the organization.

This role partners with the FP&A team to deliver financial analysis, develop Power BI reporting solutions, and leverage enterprise data to drive insights. A hybrid schedule requires a minimum of 3 days in the office each week.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of FP&A, financial analysis, BI, or analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Power BI experience: dashboards, data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work across Finance, Technology, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and management presentations.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
