Job summary

Citizens Bank seeks a Lead Solutions Architect to provide architectural leadership for enterprise accounting and financial systems, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and financial reporting. This role partners with Accounting, Finance and Enterprise Architecture to drive modernization and set technical direction.

You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, lead cross‑functional teams, and present roadmaps to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution/enterprise architecture or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise financial systems and ERP.
• Strong understanding of GL, AP, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
