Job summary

Stryker in Irvine is seeking a Demand Planning professional to own the end-to-end forecast process, translate financial projections into SKU-level plans, and maintain a rolling 24‑month demand view with data integrity.

You will collaborate with Commercial and Supply Planning to review NPI, M&A, and PLM roadmaps for launches and exits over the next 12–18 months, and communicate forecasts and risks to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business related.
• 4+ years of experience.
• Strong Excel data analysis skills.
• PowerPoint storytelling with data.
• ERP systems understanding.
• SQL and PowerBI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between sites and cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate demand inputs, forecasts, and historical data.
• Own end-to-end demand forecasting, translating projections to SKU-level plans and a rolling 24-month view.
• Lead Executive Demand Reviews (EDR) and KPI reporting aligned with the IBP process.
• Develop, maintain, and improve the rolling 24-month demand plan.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Supply Planning to review NPI, M&A, and PLM roadmaps for launches and exits in 12–18 months.
• Communicate forecasts, risks, opportunities, and insights to stakeholders and executives.
• Own forecasting model development, DemandTrack, and cross-system data integrity.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and planning metrics, driving corrective actions.
• Facilitate ad hoc analyses, projects, and reporting; mentor team members.
