Job summary

Acuity Inc. in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Demand and Buyer Planner Manager to own demand and supply management for components in a built-to-order, high-mix low-volume setting. You will drive allocation and partner with Customer Service, Production, Planning, and Warehousing to meet customer requirements.

Lead KPI development, resolve system discrepancies, and support New Product Introduction with Engineering to ensure material readiness for launches and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher preferred for a technical operations role.
• Experience in a built-to-order, high-mix low-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Requisition & PO placement, contract reviews, and supplier management.
• Monitor inventory and alignment with demand plans and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects.
